Neville Claughton (Nev) has done it all with over 40 years in the business with NZBC TVNZ, Radio New Zealand, EMI to name a few. He has worked directly with major tour companies in musical and technical roles including David Bowie, Rod Stewart, Joe Cocker, Neil Diamond, Willie Nelson, Little River Band countless others.

A member of champion Woolston Brass Band in the mid 60’s playing both cornet and tenor horn, a brief stint on harmonica saw him take out the NZ Rhythm Harmonica Title in 1962 after just a few months experience.

Years playing brass and woodwind followed before taking up the bass challenge in late 60’s and featuring in a host of NZ’s top pop groups, these days a respected jazz musician and side-man on both bass and keyboards including old school Hammond Organ.
